With the original house being demolished following the Christchurch Earthquakes, we had the interesting opportunity to utilise the existing retaining and create a home to make the most of the commanding views across the estuary to the North.
Basking in all day sun, the street frontage is elevated and contains the living deck on the first floor with a garage and apartment underneath. The rear of the site has a fantastic outdoor area with elevated views over the home to the Kaikoura Ranges.
We expect construction to begin mid 2024.
