Our repeat client asked for three luxury townhouses on this site. Tight Planning rules and a few loopholes in those rules helped form a developed we are really proud of.

The three townhouses, although joined each express a different character and layout.

We fought the Council hard to maximise this site whilst balancing this with providing a harmonius design that fits in well with the neighbours.

The front townhouse has dual outdoor living spaces, one fronting the street and another in a sheltered annex accessed from the kitchen. Double car garaging finishes off the spaces downstairs. Upstairs boasts an amazing master suite with two well appointed double bedrooms and a small kid's snug upstairs.
