We had a blank canvas for this design. Budget was a concern but we were asked to explore the options to create a design that stood out.

An entertainer's home, it is split apart and angled to maximise the private internal courtyard. Oamaru stone was selected as the cladding to further accentuate the differences in the design to other homes on the street giving the home a warm, contemporary feel.

Bedrooms are private and kept away from the main outdoor living spaces, creating a calm ambience in the home.
