An old car yard has been given a new lease of life. Sited on the corner of Colombo & Milton Street, the site provides amazing sunlight and views across to Sydenham Park.

We were conscious of the need for a good architectural response to the site given its prominence and having dual access gave us the opportunity to reduce the width of the driveway to maximise the number of units. We strongly advised the need for three bedrooms instead of the standard two as this gives more flexibility for the end user and caters to more needs.

Each apartment has ground floor outdoor living and private access via Milton Street along with first floor balconies off the master suite to take in the views and sunlight from the North.

Currently in Resource Consent, we are expecting building to begin at the end of 2024.
